The BPO division of the National Recovery Service is the winner in three nominations of the International Competition entitled ContactCenterWorld.

BPO division of the National Recovery Service, VERBOCONNECT, won the European, Middle East and African international competition entitled 2013 Top Ranking Performers, organized by ContactCenterWorld. The results were announced in the framework of the EMEA Conference held in Vienna on July 1-5, 2013.

The company was awarded a silver medal for the Best Outbound Campaign and Best Technology Innovation by a Mid-sized Center, and a bronze medal for the Best Incentive Scheme.

The Top Ranking Performers is an international contest organized by ContactCenterWorld, one of the major organizations on the call center market. This year, some world renowned contact centers from Europe, Asia, Africa took part in the event. Some 1,000 companies take part every year in this contest, considered as one of the most prestigious in the sector.

It must be noted that the company’s participation in this contest was marked by a victory in all of the announced nominations. This confirms once more, that the creation of a world quality service center for its customers was without a doubt the best possible strategy.
