A new VERBOCONNECT contact center was launched in Volgograd offering a business process outsourcing service.

The contact center is equipped with stations for 400 operatorsthatoperate 24x7x365. VERBOCONNECT will be offering services in the fields of telemarketing, traditional reception management and integrated outsourced contact centers.
